Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PasturePal (the "Service"), operated by Mini Acres LLC d/b/a PasturePal ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using PasturePal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PasturePal is a web-based homestead and farm management application that provides tools for livestock tracking, garden planning, farm record-keeping, and AI-powered assistance. The Service is available at mypasturepal.com and may be accessed via supported browsers and devices.
To access certain features you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@mypasturepal.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
PasturePal offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan is available indefinitely subject to these Terms. The Pro plan provides access to AI features and unlimited animal tracking for a recurring monthly subscription fee.
Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By subscribing to Pro you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option in the app or by contacting us at support@mypasturepal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access through that date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@mypasturepal.com and we will review your case.

PasturePal's AI features are powered by third-party large language models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional veterinary, agricultural, or financial advice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output for a particular purpose. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect the health of your animals or the operation of your farm.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PasturePal, including animal records, farm information, and production logs. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your personal data. The PasturePal name, logo, design, and all original content created by Mini Acres LLC are owned by Mini Acres LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branded content without prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Open-Meteo (weather), and Google (analytics, fonts). Your use of these integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINI ACRES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mini Acres LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
